Important event within the activities of the Interreg IPA-CBC "EArPieCe", Italy, Albania and Montenegro, which sees the partnership of the Conservatorio di Musica "Tito Schipa"- Lecce, with the Conservatorio di Musica Lorenzo Perosi Campobasso, the Dhitech Scarl- Lecce, the AKMU Akademia Muzika of Tirana and Udruženje mladih umjetnika Crne Gore.

The event is also part of the European Music Festival 2022, promoted by MIBACT and realized in collaboration with the Municipality of Lecce, in the Lecce in Scena review.

The Interreg theme, "Analysis and Production of the 'popular' repertoires music contents" relates to research on popular music in the territories involved in the partnership and on the declination of cultured music in popular fields.
