The online kick-off meeting of the project “EArPieCe - Encoding and Analysing Popular music” has just ended!
The project is funded under the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Programme and focuses on the analysis of the popular music repertoires in Italy, Albania and Montenegro to enhance territorial peculiarities and common traditions.
This analysis will be deepened thanks to the involvement of a neuroscience tool, through which it will be possible to investigate the neurobiological responses of people, belonging to the involved territories, to listen to the music covered by the project.
The project has a total budget of 721 820.00 Euro (IPA co-financing 85%) and a duration of 18 months. The Lead Partner is Dhitech Distretto Tecnologico High-Tech (IT). Project partners are: Akademia Muzika (AL); Conservatorio di Musica “Lorenzo Perosi” di Campobasso (IT); Udruženje Mladih Umjetnika Crne Gore (ME); Conservatorio “Tito Schipa” di Lecce (IT).
